Yesterday was a terrible day. I was in an accident where a piece of debris fell off a truck and punctured my gas tank... In a panic I parked here and call a tow truck. Jacqueline, the security guard, was so kind and helpful!!!!! Thank you to all the staff, for allowing us to sit inside while we waited for our ride. It mended my heart by everyone's kindness! Thank you so much!!!

I honestly can't say enough good things about CMS. It is not easy going through recovery and the staff honestly treats you like family and gives EVERYONE the same respect. Terrence the director is so kind and caring and makes it so easy to talk to him with questions or issues. I have been to other treatment centers (yes you have to keep trying to you get it it right) and this place is top tier. Even if you leave they contact you and invite you back. If you want to change your life and want to be surrounded by people who actually care from the nursing staff to the counselors to the amazing front desk employees l Deb and Will this is the place I'd suggest! Even the intake process is super easy and they make it as fast as possible! There are some beautiful people working there. ❤️❤️

I’m not from here, from Toledo, but my time while here at this place has been pretty great. The girl up front is really nice and she has a coffee table- always a plus in the morning. I’m grateful to have a place that’ll help with my medication. Thank you. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because they got my dose messed up and instead of usual 230mgs, they gave me 190mgs. I’m feeling slight complications due to dose change. Other than that I'm happy.Thank-you!

The staff are very kind and welcoming. When I transferred from their Columbus, Ohio office to their Cleveland Ohio office they made the transferring process absolutely smooth and easy. They focus on your needs and how they can best serve you. As a recovering addict and been to a few different clinics where there is multiple people getting high right within the clinic they do their absolute best to make sure those triggers are not within their vicinity. I have not once seen someone use any substances or any drug deals and that is something very important when looking for a clinic when you are serious about your recovery! Absolutely love the staff!

I guest dosed at this clinic today.. the employees were all so nice and helpful. I felt like they all truly care about the patients here.

I love CMS...All the staff have been super helpful and friendly, the dosing is super quick and easy, and they remembered my name from the very first visit! Also, they give me take-homes for Tues, Thursdays and the weekends making it way more convenient for my busy schedule as well! And they have a few different groups going on as an added bonus and the counselors are great!
